Dharma Malempati

Dharma serves as the President of Om Ventures, Inc. and is actively involved in capital raising, acquisitions, development and day-to-day operations.  He has been involved in over $500 million in real estate transactions. Dharma received his MBA (Real Estate) from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley and his BS (Finance / International Business) from New York University Stern School of Business.   

Krista Abel

Krista is responsible for all the financial aspects of the investments and operations, including accounting, cash flow management, and tax planning. In addition, her accounting experience and tax knowledge are crucial to the acquisition and asset management process.  Krista is a licensed CPA and received her BBA (Accounting) from Grand Valley State University in Michigan.

Steliyan Ivanov

Steliyan serves as Managing Director of Om Ventures Realty, LLC, a full-service real estate firm. He oversees the asset management and leasing of the company’s real estate portfolio. Steliyan is the partner that manages our tenant relationships and handles the physical aspects of our real estate investments.  Steliyan received his BS (Business Management) in Europe and a BS (Finance) from the University of South Florida.

Michelle Mateo

Michelle serves as the Property Manager for Om Ventures Realty, LLC. In this role, she oversees daily operations, financial oversight, and asset performance for the company’s mixed-use portfolio. With over 10 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Michelle is responsible for managing the full leasing cycle, tenant relations, and maintenance operations. She also provides direct project management for capital improvements, including commercial build-outs. Michelle is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent.

Ashley Germann

Ashley serves as a Sales Associate for Om Ventures Realty, LLC, where she manages the listing and marketing of real estate assets. A licensed Florida Real Estate Agent with over 5 years of experience, she assists in handling the full transaction lifecycle—from market analysis to coordinating due diligence and closing. Ashley also supports the firm’s development and acquisition efforts by monitoring project timelines, tracking zoning approvals, and facilitating communication between investors, contractors, and government agencies. Her proactive approach to client relations and operational efficiency ensures a seamless experience for the company’s stakeholders.
